The advantage of molding is that it’s not limited by the complexity of the products. For a variety of complex inner cavities, there are many ways to solve the problem:
1) For nonferrous alloy castings, when the diameter of the hole is very big or the slot is very long and narrow, and it is difficult to paint and sprinkle the sand, we can use a water glass sand core.
2) When the casting requirements are very high and it is difficult to melt the mold, we can use a ceramic core.
3) When the inner cavity is too complicated and even with fusible pattern we are unable to solve the problem, we can make a removable module, or solder the individual parts together. Alternatively, we can use a water soluble core. By doing this, we form a precision casting mechanical model with a load chamber.
